| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
* Hire, train, and lead a customer service staff that handles business with bookstores, churches, pastors, Bible study leaders, Amazon, CBD, electronic book customers, and all end-users. * Provide excellent customer service. Process and ship email, online, EDI, phone, fax, and other orders within 24 hours. * Set up rewards and incentives for good customer service and upselling. * Make decisions about credit on an account-by-account basis. * Accurately keep sales commissions records; divide accounts between sales reps * State sales tax remittance and reporting for all affiliated companies. * Assist other managers and executives with their tasks, primarily with sales and inventory reports. * Daily accounting and balancing of sales, credit memos, credit card transactions. * Serve as a back-up to the bookkeeper and operations manager.

Requirements Preferred Background:
* Experience in supervising customer service staff. * California State sales tax * EDI, credit card processing, all kinds of online systems including PayPal * Strong computer skills and ability with internet. * Strong Excel skills. * E-commerce experience * B.A. or B.S degree, or equivalent work experience * Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or account management * Familiarity with cultural and theological sensitivities of the Christian customer base.
Travel: 1-2 weeks per year.

About the Customer Service department: We have very high customer service satisfaction. Callers reach a live person immediately Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm. Our daily goal is to ship within 24 hours and our warehouse staff and customer service staff work hand in hand for accuracy and speed.
